Product Deployment Manager – eTakeaway Max

Your Role and Impact

We are looking for a Product Deployment Manager to lead the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of eTakeaway Max, our intelligent ordering and automation platform for the hospitality industry.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer success. You will oversee every stage of the product rollout — from client onboarding and integration through to full-scale deployment — ensuring outcomes are achieved with precision, quality, and measurable business impact.

You will be the bridge between our product, engineering, and client teams, turning ideas into live systems that deliver value to real businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end deployment of eTakeaway Max across Australian and international markets.
• Coordinate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure every rollout is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client needs.
• Develop scalable deployment frameworks and checklists for product installations, integrations, and client onboarding.
• Train and support clients during and after deployment, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable performance outcomes.
• Establish strong relationships with clients to gather feedback and translate it into continuous product and process improvements.
• Maintain governance over compliance, confidentiality, and data protection throughout each deployment.
• Work closely with the product and technology teams to identify challenges early and remove obstacles to successful delivery.
• Track and report on deployment progress, adoption metrics, and client satisfaction across regions.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and pace within the deployment team.

What You Bring

• At least five years of experience in product deployment, implementation, or operations management within technology, software, or automation industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver measurable business results.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and practical approach to execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to manage expectations across clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with business process automation, digital platforms, or Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Qualifications in technology, business, or project management are valued, though hands-on results and initiative matter most.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset — ready to build systems, not just follow them.
