About the Role
We are offering an internship opportunity for an Intern – Product Deployment to work alongside the Product Deployment Manager on eTakeaway Max, Sharktech’s intelligent ordering and automation platform built for the hospitality sector.
This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to technology delivery, client onboarding, and process optimisation. You will help bring advanced technology to life — supporting the rollout, documentation, and coordination of live projects across Australia and beyond.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where ideas turn into action quickly and outcomes are visible. This is not a shadowing role — you will actively contribute to real deployments, helping ensure products reach clients seamlessly and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Deployment Manager in coordinating rollout activities for eTakeaway Max across multiple client sites.
- Assist in preparing deployment documentation, project timelines, and client communication materials.
- Conduct research on industry practices and recommend improvements to onboarding and deployment workflows.
- Help test and validate product functionality during implementation phases.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates, insights, and support as needed.
- Monitor and record deployment metrics and client feedback for reporting and process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams — including technical, marketing, and operations — to ensure alignment during rollouts.
- Learn to manage competing priorities in a dynamic startup environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or Project Management.
