Purpose of the Role

The Director – Product Delivery & Adoption leads Sharktech's global delivery and client adoption strategy. This is a senior role responsible for ensuring every Sharktech product moves from concept to deeply embedded business capability within client ecosystems.

You'll architect and run scalable frameworks for rollout, onboarding, and adoption — balancing precision in execution with empathy for user experience. This is not just delivery. It's transformation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the global product delivery and adoption strategy for Sharktech's platform ecosystem.
• Translate strategic objectives into scalable, region-ready delivery models across Australasia, Europe, India, and the Middle East.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align deployment outcomes with business goals.
• Build repeatable playbooks and governance models that ensure consistent quality and performance across regions.

Delivery Execution & Governance

• Lead cross-regional delivery teams, managing complex multi-client rollouts from initiation to full adoption.
• Drive operational excellence through structured frameworks — time-to-value, ROI tracking, and service-level adherence.
• Ensure delivery integrity with strong governance around compliance, data privacy, and regional regulations.
• Build real-time visibility dashboards for executives, tracking deployment metrics, adoption curves, and client success KPIs.

Adoption & Client Value

• Develop adoption frameworks that ensure Sharktech products become integral to clients' daily operations.
• Partner with C-suite and operational teams to establish measurable success criteria, embed workflows, and secure long-term retention.
• Create training and enablement programs that accelerate user adoption and promote internal champions within client organisations.
• Continuously gather and analyse feedback to refine the product experience and shape future releases.

Leadership & Culture

• Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed team of delivery and adoption specialists across continents.
• Cultivate a delivery culture that values ownership, collaboration, and adaptive execution.
• Serve as the executive liaison for key enterprise clients, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
• Foster strong cross-functional ties with Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success to deliver a unified Sharktech experience.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in enterprise product delivery, adoption, or transformation leadership roles (preferably within SaaS, AI, or digital platforms).
• Proven success leading global rollouts and driving measurable adoption outcomes in complex client environments.
• Strategic systems-thinker with deep operational rigour and attention to delivery excellence.
• Expertise in customer success, change management, and post-implementation adoption programs.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging executives, operations, and technical teams with equal clarity.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, digital transformation frameworks, and enterprise adoption metrics.
• Qualifications in technology, business, or program management (MBA or equivalent preferred).
